AiO Podcast Studio allows you to import an existing podcast using its RSS feed. This is useful if your podcast is already hosted on another platform and you want to manage it from your WordPress website.
Supported Podcast Providers
You can import podcasts from any provider that offers a valid RSS feed, including Spotify, Buzzsprout, Libsyn, Podbean, Anchor (Spotify for Creators), and many others.
Importing Your Podcast
To import an existing podcast:

- Navigate to Podcasts → Dashboard.
- Scroll down to the Import Podcast from RSS Feed section.
- Enter your podcast RSS feed URL in the RSS Feed URL field.
Optional Settings
Set Featured Image
Enable this option to automatically import the podcast artwork from your RSS feed and use it as the featured image for the imported podcast.
Auto-update Episodes
Enable this option to automatically fetch and import newly published episodes from your RSS feed in the future.
- Click the Import My Podcast button.
- Wait for the import process to complete.
After the Import
Once the import is complete, your content will automatically appear in:
- Podcasts → All Podcasts
- Podcasts → All Episodes
You can edit imported podcasts and episodes at any time from the WordPress dashboard.
Managing Imported Content
Imported podcasts and episodes function exactly like content created within AiO Podcast Studio. You can edit titles, descriptions, artwork, categories, tags, and episode information whenever needed.
Troubleshooting
RSS Feed Does Not Import
- Verify that the RSS feed URL is correct.
- Ensure the RSS feed is publicly accessible.
- Confirm that the feed contains valid podcast data.
New Episodes Are Not Imported Automatically
Ensure that the Auto-update Episodes option is enabled and that your podcast host is updating the RSS feed correctly.
