AiO Podcast Studio allows you to create and manage podcasts directly from your WordPress website. Before you can publish episodes, you’ll need to create a podcast.
Creating a New Podcast
To create a new podcast:
- Navigate to Podcasts → Add New Podcast → Start a New Podcast.
- Enter your podcast title in the Show Name field.
- Add a description for your podcast in the content editor.
- Upload your podcast artwork under Podcast Artwork.
- Select one or more Podcast Categories.
- Click the Publish button.
Your podcast is now ready, and you can start adding episodes.
Podcast Artwork
The podcast artwork represents your show and may be displayed throughout your website and podcast directories.
For best results, upload a square JPG or PNG image.
Podcast Categories
Categories help organize your podcasts and make it easier for visitors to browse your content.
- Select existing categories.
- Create new categories using the Add New Category link.
Podcast Participants (Optional)
You can attach hosts, co-hosts, guests, and other contributors to your podcast.
- Expand the Add Participants section.
- Select a participant.
- Choose their role.
- Click Add Participant.
Subscribe Buttons (Optional)
The Subscribe Buttons section allows you to add links to podcast platforms such as:
- Apple Podcasts
- Spotify
- YouTube Music
- Amazon Music
These buttons help listeners subscribe to your show on their preferred platform.
Follow Us Buttons (Optional)
Use the Follow Us Buttons section to add links to your social media profiles.
- X (Twitter)
- YouTube
These links help listeners connect with your podcast outside of your website.
Managing Your Podcasts
After publishing your podcast, you can manage it by navigating to:
Podcasts → All Podcasts
From there, you can:
- Edit podcast details.
- Update artwork.
- Manage participants.
- View statistics.
- Add episodes.
- Delete podcasts.
